Extremely supportive team Great people culture Great office environment Great benefits package Excellent products A brilliant forward thinking organisation supplying an excellent solution to their clients. During my time with MIT I have found the culture to be perfect for me in my position of Client Director. I am trusted to get on with my job without any micro management or pressure, however if I need support It is always available from every department. I am a remote worker due to my client facing position, but its always a pleasure to visit the Watford office and see all the team who like me are totally engaged and committed to the cause. Great team spirit and great company!
