      Colleagues are dedicated to the mission of advancing knowledge and making sure their research has societal impacts. There is a lot of inspiring work going on around you.

      Cons

      Often seemed like there were too many administrators. There were major mistakes made with my onboarding, which required a lot of resources to fix and caused me substantial stress.
