Pros

Salary, workplace family style culture, locations are nice, employee recognition was monetary at times, great holiday events, department level engagement and training activities were well done, D&I groups began in my time there thank goodness, development opportunities exist, challenging work in a challenging & evolving industry, I heard tuition reimbursement was incredible, plenty of free food at all locations

Cons

Executive level inclusion was a work in progress but at least it began, promotions/pay increases seemed to be hard to secure by staff based on water cooler talk and bonus for executives was lucrative (top heavy), turnover was on the rise, satellite offices tend to be secondary importance so know that going in, expect to be thrown alot out of your wheelhouse since they believe in rotating people that way for agility, often managers are SMEs that shouldn't be leading, adopting direly needed new tools and technology is like pulling teeth, long term planning seemed bad to the point that they were resorting to reduction in workforce (layoffs, department consolidations) which is a bad sign for any business, hard skill heavy though I firmly believe in soft skill importance, they tend to be slow to recognize high value staff as I heard of a few genius level staff who quit and only then did they try to convince them to stay

Pros

The people, the benefits, the company mission.

Cons

I would say that they have an outdated technology and IT department that is not agile and evolving at the same pace as the market.

Pros

Fantastic co-workers, great place to learn and get experience. Financial / health benefits.

Cons

Senior leadership who can't be honest because they have a bad habit of believing their own BS. Ever seen the reality TV show 'The Traitors'? It's kind like that.
