Pros

Great Industry, Very successful in that role, Good benefits, some WONDERFUL individuals...though they keep getting shown the door...

Cons

We're being punished for not providing positive feedback and therefore MISO is no longer one of the "Best Places to Work in Indiana." Leadership does not trust Employees nor Managers and therefore employees micromanagement from the highest levels, and it is a very weird environment. We're told that everyone loves the used-to-be three days in the office requirement, and we all love the now four days in the office requirement, yet the "Smart" office is so unprofessional and problematic that employees are extremely frustrated that they can't be productive and are told to "not worry about productivity and focus on Creativity" and that "we hear employees really like the shift." No, trying to find an available desk that isn't disgustingly dirty and has to be readjusted every time someone sits down isn't exactly productive.

Thank you for your honesty and for taking the time to share such thoughtful and candid feedback. We understand that it’s not always easy to raise concerns, but what you have to say is important. We're here to understand them and work toward meaningful solutions. While it’s difficult to hear, it’s also an opportunity to reflect, learn, and do better—together.

Pros

The people, the benefits, the company mission.

Cons

I would say that they have an outdated technology and IT department that is not agile and evolving at the same pace as the market.

Pros

Fantastic co-workers, great place to learn and get experience. Financial / health benefits.

Cons

Senior leadership who can't be honest because they have a bad habit of believing their own BS. Ever seen the reality TV show 'The Traitors'? It's kind like that.
