Pros
Very manual— excel rather than an erp system which causes lower efficiency and higher human error risks. Not very modern as far as working with schedule as in flex time or work from home for hourly employees but there is a good pto package. Very interesting field and you see many aspects of the company rather than separating all departments, you take care of some accounting, purchasing, quality , customer service , sales, etc but always have a lot of stress and workload
