      Pros

      Hourly wage is very competitive, traveling is nice you never have to use your own vehicle or fuel or pay for hotel. You also receive a per diem.

      Cons

      When you do work you often work long hours at a time such as 18-24 hour shifts. The work is never steady and you have to take months off of working because theres not enough work.
