Ok workplace - Barista MILKLAB Employee Review

Good pay for a relatively low-stress and even fun food service job. Clean enough, the management wasn't very strict, and was accommodating of call-outs and varied schedules. I recommend staying out of a management position unless you can handle extra work / blame for things that really aren't your responsibility.

Owner is a little shady / fired several managers just before their yearly reviews. Never received an official health inspection the entire year I worked, though I'm not really sure how that process works. Some unrealistic expectations from upper management in terms of hours and workload.

Pooled tips added an extra $4-5 to base pay per hour, free boba drinks, social and caring community
