      Systems are not properly implemented. No international exposure i terms of language, change management.

      Management thrives to treat their people well. They also foster a positive work culture. It's a company that is hungry to grow and become better. As they are a flat organiztion, you can interact with other senior executives. Great work-life balance. They make high qualty products
