Great employer with a breadth of industry and competency experts, and specialist best practice IP, available to quickly promote career and expertise growth. Most of the consultants follow the organisation culture, which supports positive growth and collaboration for both the individual and the Business.
Cons
Lack of flexible development and appraisal framework and processes can de-motivate. Sometimes, it must be appreciated and measured in fair balance that personal life and success doesn't just revolve, and can't just be measured, on how much time, effort and revenue (with regular self-promotion or management butt kissing) we do for our employer.
