      The view from the office.

      Cons

      The CEO is disengaged, his assistant is the worst, gender gap, different departments treated differently, no flexibility whatsoever, highest turnover rate i have ever seen, handful of senior mgrs are lazy.

      Unfortunately, I can't think of a single pro.

      Cons

      Outrageous expectations, very heavy reporting requirements, no support or regard for employees work life balance, and they do not value their employees. Overall extremely toxic work environment.
