This company is like high school. If you kiss enough tail, suck up, and get in the good graces of the people that matter, you're treated well and fairly. But if you ned up not being liked by someone higher up, then you'll never go anywhere or amount to anything. Hard work will go unrecognized. Requests to advance will be ignored. Not being in the good graces of management can simply be because someone told someone who told someone that you weren't a nice person. Honestly, it's that ridiculous. A toxic enviornment that I'm grateful I never have to be exposed to again.
