A medium size company with unique expertise in rolling very creative PR campaign in Thailand but also all over Asia and beyond. There is a great mix of Thai and international staff members that brings the best of both worlds. The company also allows some functions to be carried out remotely, which attracts an even more international staff. The CEO Karin has unparalleled experience in the PR field and it is a pleasure to learn and grow by her side. The staff is well treated and respected. The management has a warm family feel, ethical and human. Staff t is given opportunities to take on more responsibilities if they wish so and demonstrate their abilities. As the company is growing fast, there is plenty of opportunities for qualified and motivated people. The work atmosphere is sociable, as is management, and I was surprised to read otherwise on another comment here.
Cons
PR work is demanding by nature and sometimes there is time pressure on the workload.. Also, one also run into difficult clients with little PR experience, who do not see the big picture and can generate stress about irrelevant issues.
