As such, they treat their employees fairly and with respect but do not retain people who are unable to perform according to their qualifications or interview claims. MICRODIA provides a good office environment and fair remuneration, there is a free shuttle bus as well as high-tech hardware for working in a fast-paced technology manufacturing sector. Anybody who has worked at MICRODIA for a decent amount of time knows that you get out what you put in and if you're not willing to demonstrate the skills you claim to have, you may not find long-term success here.

The only drawback for people who make it to employment here is that your abilities will quickly become apparent if you cannot do what you say you can do during the hiring process.
