      Pros

      Good maintenance practices applied by all maintenance crews and good maintenance experience shared between all crews. Lots of aircraft knowledge learned all this while.

      Cons

      Mhs business are not expanded for the last 5years. Now losing the only one oil and gas contract with petronas. Mhs not able to get a new contract in same base or other base.
