Pros
Pay was competitive and overtime pay during busy season was a plus.
Cons
Several cons...No paid time off during maternity leave!!! Weekly status meetings were a waste of time. High degree of turnover of clients as billing was well above market rate. Management dismisses employees regularly to bring in lower paid interns and new hires. Overall I left on a bad note as management was not flexible due to several personal issues.
