      Massage and breakfast on Wednesdays

      Management is non existent and decisions are pre made. You get no salary after you get "promoted", they will tell you your salary weeks after hey "give you" a promotion. When promoted you are just supposed to accept and not ask any questions.management has people they are friends with and they are treated much better than regular employees.

      Fun atmosphere created by CEO (Bill was the best), volunteering opportunities, Wednesday breakfasts, fun holiday events, earn 1.5 days PTO per month, flex hours,

      Micromanaging was a nightmare. Not all employees are treated equally or given same educational opportunities. Overworked. Be prepared to work long hours. Do not work through lunch because that is frowned upon, and if you stay late, they have to approve overtime. If you’re one minute late in the morning, work through your entire lunch and work late, they solely focus on the 1 minute you were late (even if you’re not behind on your work). Be prepared to take a lot of classes & study a lot for certifications outside of work.
