      great management people except the terminal (the only terminal)

      Cons

      deduction depends on how much you make for the week, the week they need to deduct a lot you will make a lot too, with nothing left for yourself. and the other weeks you make nothing

      Great pay and nice managment.

      Cons

      The dispatcher should be treated same as the driver. For MGR the driver is always right.

      Pros

      Some lanes pay well while others are crap. You have to really run hard to make a living

      Cons

      Lease prices too damn high. In a bad market you really can’t make good money
