      Most of the staff is fun to work with. Enjoyed the available training.

      Cons

      Some people know how to play the union system too well. Makes it difficult to truly advance top performers in lieu of long timers who do the bare minimum just cashing the check

      MGPI is a great place to work.

      It is very difficult to get a raise, you basically have to leave and find another job.

      Pros

      Benefits are solid. Most coworkers are competent, responsive, and friendly. Honestly experienced much less "corporate nonsense" than expected.

      Cons

      As a company that is producing material 24/7, time constraints are ever-present and often stressful. Additionally, if you are applying for a job in Supply Chain, know that the last 2 consecutive hires were washed out in under 6 months, largely due to a training program that is incapable of properly developing talent.
