The Office managing partner and the management of India office are ridiculous and with no back bone. The top management thinks themselves as a Mafia and has kept multiple security guards around him, even for picking his own bag. Has anyone heard of these many security guards in a professional firm?
They doesn't have money to be paid to his existing, resigned and parted employees, but has money for the security guards, running its own personal business and spending money on parties. They doesn't even respond to the emails or pay the bonus to the employees whom have left, have heard it from so many employees and really make me uncomfortable to work.
The policies are made overnight and changed the next morning. The US management is also not opening their eyes and want to take any action, don't know why they dont take any of this seriously. The attrition rate in company is more than 60% (specifically in audit where it is 80-90%) and even the top level people have left.
