Pros

Only place I’ve seen use MacBooks and pro displays for work computers.

Cons

Where do I begin… 1. Everyone here in a position of authority is related so let’s set that straight. HR is married to the Owners son, the owners son “oversees” everything but does the bare minimum, to even call it that is a stretch. The owners other son does “something” at the front desk, still not sure what it is. The owner’s nephew works as an estimator. Everyone else is under the gun while these people work at their own pace. 2. The coordinators are not related to ownership, however this is likely on purpose. They are overworked and expected to drop everything on a dime to be flexible for the chaotic environment that is MGI. Why hire a family member that is going to be under the gun and constantly stressed, when you can churn through coordinators while the rest of the rest of the family do the easy and stable jobs? 2. The owner, Dan, is chaotic and unpredictable, you’ll get tasked with one thing then get completely derailed and confused by him throwing a fit and having you jump to something that is inexplicably urgent. 3.Organization is practically non existent, if you want a structured work day, this is the furthest thing from it. 4. Nothing is secured, I’ve personally heard the boss throw around the threat of firing and laying off different people so casually that it’s actually sickening.
