As with any company, there are challenges, but how the company's leadership team work together to address those challenges defines the company. The leadership team at MGA is demonstrating that there is a path to success, and that path is now being articulated and permeated throughout the organization. Direction creates focus, and focus breeds success, MGA is moving in the right direction.
Cons
It takes time to make changes, and it takes time for those changes to bear fruit, and time, as we know, is the most scarce resource there is. We operate in a fast moving and dynamic industry, so changes that are being implemented may not be felt until a year later. Patience is needed across the organization.
