      Few very competent and professional team-members, diversity of work

      Cons

      Toxic attitude, psychological harassment, micromanagement, complete abuse of power from senior management, constant messages on WhatsApp. Absolute deception about being offered a job after internship: continuously hiring interns in order not to pay for work done. Managers are stressed with deadlines because of not organised workload. No structure within a company, no leadership, no people's manager.
