Pros

The company pays well and offers great benefits.

Cons

Turnover is incredibly high. Over the past 2-3 years it stands at over 40%. In addition to there being frequent resignations, the firm terminates employees at an alarming rate. During my few years with the firm, I have seen at least 25 people be terminated. That is more than I have seen during my entire career combined. Some of the terminations that I have seen are of employees that were with the company for under a year. As a result of this, many are in constant fear of losing their jobs. The firm is very cliquey. Nepostism runs wild. The employees that have been here since the start up days stick together and are heavily favored. They can do whatever they want and in the eyes of senior management can do no wrong. They are threatened by external hires who oftentimes have stronger resumes which leads to unnecessary tension. They are also constantly being promoted without merit. Individual performance definitely comes second to popularity. Despite their claims, the company has a very poor culture, which is evident by the number of resignations. People who leave their jobs are almost always unhappy with their work environment. This accompanied by the remarkably high number of terminations has caused a VERY low sense of morale. Many of those in senior management are far too junior to be in such positions. This has led to many client and personnel related issues, compounding the level of tension at the firm. From what I have seen, they are deceitful and not transparent with their subordinates. I would classify them as two faced. Lastly, the firm is NOT growing. Quite the opposite. They are hiring only to replace those who are no longer here. In some instances positions are not backfilled at all. I would not accept a position here unless you are extremely desperate.
