What I love about MFactor is we are always trying to one - up what we have done in the past or with other clients to ensure that clients continue to come back. Great teamwork, management has no problem jumping in and helping when needed,,,

A lot of long hours but I don't know any meeting planner that does not work long hours. If we did we would all be really wealthy.

maybe the pay? but not really...

- unprofessionalism - swearing non-stop in meetings / at staff/ with clients present - drinking on the job - poor leadership from the top creates a horrible toxic environment - Poor expense procedures / shady billing practices / clients are billed for things they did not purchase - Rude Rude Rude - Training / Onboarding is non-existant - You are expected to clean, do random jobs which have nothing to do with the job you applied for / skilled for - First 90 days no sick days no time off no benefits - Expected to work weekends with minimal to no pay or time in lieu - Bad communication. The company is less than 20 people - how hard is it to communicate vital business information within so few people?
