      Pros

      Nothing good about the place except the customers.

      Cons

      Works you into the ground, if you have a family DO NOT work here. If you're a store manager youre always on call. (Even during a funeral they will call!) I would make this my last resort! Especially if the Hobbit and Egg Head are your upper management team.

      Good job overall really enjoy working at mfa oil

      Don't really have any cons if I had to come up with one it would be routing of jobs is sometimes not ideal

      Pros

      The plant is close to my home.

      Cons

      Disorganized management. Upper management focused on compensation for themselves. Hiring supervisors with no experience or knowledge about the field over internal applicants with experience and knowledge to save money on salary. Driver facing cameras in all of the delivery trucks. Difficulty with following through with promised compensation/position changes.
