-Attentive and helpful local staff

Would've stayed for the overtime and the great coworkers.
Cons
-Training is a Joke
-Safety first .. means they see you doing something unsafe they fire you. But it takes an act of God to fix safety issues
-very compartmentalized, you only deal with local managers, which they're great but if you happen to deal with higher ups (districts, directors) it's horrendous. They'll make ya feel like your jobs gone tomorrow and you'll wait around week's in fear. At least in the Agri service side of things.
-job openings weren't available in other areas locally so it's hard to move away from the problem and maintain the benefits and long term goal of retirement.
Couldn't handle the restructures and constant blame game from higher ups.
