Not much apart from a good salary .No tangible benefits or perks package .Other captive centers provide much better facilities compared to this company .
Cons
Pune management is just a puppet at the whims and fancies of Germans .You can get fired if you hurt the ego of or do not accept the approach suggested for solutions by Germans .Also compared to other captive centers in eon approach is quite immature ,It team doesn't know central deployment of software via software center .managers are immature who do not have any vision or aim towards taking the next steps to improve the change management process .Merely listening to the so called clients ( I like to call them peers in Germany) .A fortune 500 captive turned into a local and desi consultancy worse than IT service companies.No ITIL followed No release cycles followed Deployment and movement of transport on ad-hoc basis.No proper process to provide business requirements and no scope definition .No way to train yourself in upcoming technology relevant to your domain.No career progression path provided .Simply waste of time.Glorified BPO falsely named as Captive center.
