Pros
Professionally managed business to business wholesaler that is a world leader in the B2B big box format, especially in the fresh and ultra-fresh food categories. Good systems and processes, and work culture.
Cons
Not many downsides of working at METRO Cash & Carry come to mind. However, the adage that people join good companies but leave because of bad managers applies in any organization.
