Pros
The company has a well-developed company culture and a good work atmosphere. The colleagues are friendly, willing to share their experiences and knowledge, and, more often than not, the management is very flexible.
Cons
The base salary is lower than in the market for matched positions, without a steady trend in increasing salaries based on years of tenure, etc. The L&D department is still not at a level where it delivers a wide array of trainings, or tailor-made development programmes.
