International company and a very passionate leadership which gives a clear direction. Full autonomy in taking decisions and support provided by the leadership team. Really enjoying being here.
Cons
There is some negativity in the system who are a hindrance and spreading negativity all around which is not good for the company. Instead they should focus on the task and not indulge in politics.
