Pros

2-way cab. Salary on Time. Day shifts.

Cons

Leaders incapable of leading, lack basic process understanding. Managers steal credit. Onboarding started with no call, just documentation email. In orientation the HR openly said, that they lie to people about variable pay that it's given to everyone but once you get in you realise that is not the case. Pushing employees to buyout in their notice period. Asking employees confidential information about past companies, unethical. They constantly copy other companies like the 9.5 hours from earlier 8.5 hours policy. It is a sinking ship, understaffed, they are desperate to hire people. Poor work distribution by managers. Frequent work dumping. Toxic culture with disrespectful communication normalised. Infrastructure issues and outdated systems. High performers leaving frequently. General lack of knowledge across all teams. Excessive surveillance on specific targets. IJPs pre-decided with heavy favouritism. Control through hiding information and keeping employees confused for easy manipulation. Little to no training, you are there just to fill a hole. Processes unstructured, no/incomplete SOPs and functions like a startup. Lunch breaks delayed daily. Poor WLB, low salaries and unrealistic targets. Weekend work normalised, weekday stretches 2-3 hours daily. HR lies about hybrid culture. Job is pure data entry, hard to find another job. If you are here you are stuck. Subordinates are treated poorly. Processes are not in English.
