      Pros

      Metsco is incredible! The management is smart, experienced, professional, and understanding. They have a great work ethic and a good culture. I would recommend this firm to anyone in the electrical engineering space!

      Cons

      The office was a little difficult to get to via transit however I believe they have moved in the last year.

      The environment is free to work in Not overcrowded and juniors can seek helo from senior employees or the director for work Onsite visits

      No overtime payment. No training fund or welfare

      Usually employed as a contractor. No feedback loop to METSCO. METSCO doesn't know how you're doing at your project if its an external contractor
