      - Work life balance (not for a particular non-engineering dept) - Flexible working hours - Pro family and leave - No blame culture - Good and friendly learning ground for fresh grads (engineering disciplines only) - Close-knit company and friendly and approachable bosses - Good place to work (disciplines only) till retirement if life means to you more than money

      Cons

      No respite for a particular non-engineering dept. Never-ending job creep which management takes for granted. Better remuneration and mileage elsewhere.

      Pros

      The exposure and the travelling you get in this internship is good and the work is tedious and requires focus. It is a good way to get a experience as a fresher in this field of logistics and gain knowledge about the company and the working of it.

      Cons

      The stipend maybe a bit less than the cost of living in the cyber-city where the location of office is.
