Pros
Flexibility to work from home 3 days a week. Used to be a good sense of work life balance. Some staff is competent but if you are one of those people it's up to you to do the other person's job who is clueless.
Cons
Everything!!!! Pay not competitive. Workload unbearable. Management so unprofessional. Turn around time for cases is unrealistically promised to clients and left not fulfilling deadline and harassed by clients if late. Have to beg doctors to do cases in just a few hours and they are getting out off by the unrealistic expectations as well as low compensation. All around bad business practices and everyone is seeking other employment or just complaining all day.
