      Poor pay and terrible management. This quasi-government agency is less about keeping qualified people on staff, more about earning from taxpayers, and self promoting.

      Pros

      Coworkers were great, some genuinely cared about the success of the program. They also made working with them so pleasant.

      Cons

      overworked and underpaid. The army is a dog and pony show.
