4yThank you for taking the time to review your eight (8) year tenure with MERRILL. We are disappointed you feel MERRILL has no concern for our team member's wellbeing and would like to take a couple of moments to remind you of all the great programs MERRILL has in place to support our employees.
During your employment, you were offered an excellent health and benefits package, paid major holidays, and a 401(k) with employer match. In addition, bi-annual meetings are hosted to keep the team up-to-date on professional accomplishments, current projects, and exciting news within the company. We also offer our team a yearly invitation to participate in an anonymous team member satisfaction survey to share feedback regarding areas of improvement.
Between January and June of this year, we have celebrated 40 team members milestone anniversaries with an upgraded year of service program that offers an enhanced award selection. Just last week, the entire MERRILL team from each of our locations gathered in Merrill to celebrate our CEO’s 40th work anniversary!
