MTG is a great place to work for an individual who is looking to expand their knowledge and work in various different areas. They like to move people from one department to another to gain a better perspective about the company. The benefits are great and they offer PTO for Good Friday, Christmas Eve, & NYE, which many companies do not. There is a lot of room for growth as an individual and if you are a hard worker, they will treat you well!

Cons

Communication is a major concern for many individuals. Because some team members have done your job before, they often step on your toes to get results and forget that you are the one actually in the role. This can be a challenge, but typically, talking to each other will resolve the issues.
