Too many chain emails. Micro-managed by top management on occasion. Poor communication methods. Processes are in place but not always enforced strongly enough. New hire training programs need some work (there needs to be more time dedicated to explaining the direction a new employee is supposed to be going, not just hit the floor running). Job descriptions need to be updated and employees need to be held accountable for poor performance/not doing what their supposed to be doing.
