      Pros

      It has a safe environment to work... Ita an organisation which has fun and work mixed where it relaxes people's mind... The prevent measures taken towards staff is really thought about alot before action is taken... Employee's thoughts and suggestions are taken into consideration... Employee's are heard out... And everyone seems happy to work in an environment that is safe and fun like merit...

      Very Employee oriented and a transparent hierarchy. A front liner can talk to the MD directly if he/she wants to.

      Cons

      Nothing much to mention. Few things like the Transport services and Manager level additional perks.
