      Pros

      Great work environment. The best product in the market. The company cares about the team well being. Management is very supportive. During the Pandemic, MENTIS management decided to not lay off people and instead focused on transforming the business to modernize and grow rapidly. During this time, we were informed of the goals of the transformation, and then regularly updated on how the company is progressing towards the goals. From these updates, and external conversations that I have been a part of, the overall sentiment is very positive and it is clear that MENTIS is about to go through some rapid growth.

      Pros

      Great company with talented people. Most open environments I have ever worked in. Culture, diversity and equality are exceptional. Market and professional demands are challenging, but very rewarding. Provides a work environment that helps employees grow professionally and personally. Management trusts and listens to employees and makes sound decisions to preserve the high-quality work environment.
