Pros
This was a fantastic first job right out of college--great people, great learning experience, and the opportunity to grow professionally and expand responsibilities. Since it's a small company, you get to wear a lot of hats and could potentially be transferred into another department if it became a better fit. One of the best pro's is that it's a standard 9am-5pm job, so it offers an awesome work life balance if you have a family! Also a nice location by South Station; very convenient to the red line.
Cons
There really weren't many con's to working there. Although a non-profit, it's more of a standard corporate environment in line with the financial sector. If you're looking for a fast-paced,high-pressure media job like advertising or entertainment, this company isn't the right fit. It's more well-suited to those interested in the non-profit cause or with an interest in financial aid/education or finance.
