Pros

Nice relatively new office in the heart of the FiDi. Fully stocked kitchen and snacks much like any run of the mill SF tech company. When I was there they offered 401K matching which I recommend everyone should take advantage of.

Cons

Below market value salary for SF tech sales. Unbelievably cliquey amongst core group of mid 20s early 30s whom have a borderline creepy relationship with sad sales and marketing dept. head who basically lives in the office. Sleep overs!?!! No joke here. Every quarter sales/marketing dept. head expects sales/marketing employees to sleep in the office to drink, watch movies, write MBO's for quarter. Failure to stay overnight where you will not receive overtime is highly looked down upon. Hence the core group of 5 singles who dept. head caters to. Regardless of performance, two AE's and one AM receive 95% of accounts even though they can't realistically work a 1/4 of the accounts under their name. Also don't expect this group to ever hand off an account(s) they haven't made progress/reached out to in months. Sr. AE actually cried when accounts were taken from them and worked. Do yourself a favor and pass on this company. In less than two weeks I found my current job which has a salary nearly double what Medrio offers.

The culture is great. Great people to work with.

Cons

The company is small/growing so there can be some growing pains.
