Pros
Reasonable travel allowance to compensate relatively poor salaries, i don’t think they have more benefits than this, and this might be the only reason for keep working for such company.
Cons
Very very poor management. No scale for upgrade. No proper hierarchy system for titles. No room for improvement. Personal relationships control your promotions and salary increase more than your productivity/ efforts. Very very poor selection criteria. No clear position/ title responsibility tasks.
