Descent base pay for those needing experience to gain their certification and corporate accrued PTO. Would only recommend this company to those who need to gain professional experience or are in general need of employment.
Cons
Management lacks experience in the field and needed skills to properly manage their departments. Jobs and promotions created for individuals without merit or valid experience level. Lost 7 techs in our department within one year with only 2 being replaced; leaving most of the techs overworked and highly underappreciated. No potential for growth and raises were cents on the dollar. The worst part is the company's overall disregard for patient care by ignoring their employees needs and suggestions for department improvements.
