Toxic environment and high turnover undermine morale - Anonymous employee MECAD Employee Review

A few years ago the company was wonderful, the morale was high, things were running smoothly. Things took a massive turn for the worse and there is an average of three employees leaving per month across the board, leaving the rest to carry on without enough hands. The company has turned down an ugly path, there is always finances for extravagant purchases, sorry no bonus for anyone, no new chairs even if medically necessary, if your computer dies, shame. Managers make up their own rules as they go along and no one actually knows what they are supposed to be doing with all the back and forth. There is poison in the water that spread extremely quickly, starting from the top. Work life balance is non existent, you will be working on sick days so that your work doesn't get behind, or else you would get a giant target on your back. Hell, doing or saying anything at all will make you a target if someone decides so.
