You get what you put into it, The support is fantastic, The management is experienced and very approachable with anything that comes up

Cons

If you don't get up and go to work you will not be succesful in this business, another thing too is if you do not follow the training you will have a tough time making it in this industry

1099 so commission only and no benefits.

Working hours are standard 8-5

Cons

Management is lazy and pushes their work on the employees under them Management takes the side of the sales reps majority of the time because they "pay our salaries" Verbally abusive sales reps HR/Management does nothing about employee concerns Blatant favoritism Parent company is non-communicative with decisions that affect employees Raises, even a col raise, you need to fight for. The company feels that they can afford to give all the sales reps large bonuses but cannot afford to give a raise to hardworking employees. Company throws bonus' to rookie reps who leave immediately after getting their 5 week bonus. Has no concerns about sales reps committing fraud with customer payment details or sending in fraudulent orders.

We pride ourselves that over half of our employees have been here 15 years (some over 40 years) that have grown from entry-level positions to leaders in the organization, who have found the job rewarding and have built deep relationships with their co-workers. We have clear processes in place to promote fairness and accountability, and we actively encourage employees to raise concerns directly with leadership or HR. Open communication remains a priority for us.
