      Harassment from director, bullying, major pressure to sell, little to no training, favoritism, pick on the new people,

      Amazing employees. Very positive atmosphere.

      Pros

      You get to make friends with your coworkers and form nice bonds.

      Cons

      The work is excessive and the hours are odd. Communication between employees, Spa attendants and Service workers, is not clear and has no backbone.
