Good Company to work - Field Applications Engineer MDS Pacific Employee Review

Pretty small company as the HQ is in Korea.

1. Management, The manager always guilt trip and is very offensive but she claims "did it only cos do wrong things, after that i'll be okay" 2. Expected to stay back to OT even tho at interview mentioned will not need to OT. 3. Last day of notice, need to stay back to clear "stuff" even tho alr 7pm. 4. Very under-paid to be honest

Nothing good about company , no proper work life balance . Expect to stay late everyday. If you dont stay late you are not a committed worker of this company thats what the manager himself said. Be prepared to get involved with other work aside from your own primary job scope.

Doesn't bother about employees benefits. Always expected to help salespeople close their sales. And the reason is because if you work in this company you work as a team so help the sales close their sales. Manager is a person who likes to guilt-trip and doesn't want to improve company environment and work structure . Sales,Technical and Admin all to be careful before applying here. If you cant handle toxic culture.
