      Pros

      The smaller size makes the firm feel more accessible and open. Anyone can walk right into the president/vice president's office anytime. The management seems very human and understanding, while also being business savvy.

      Cons

      Less flexible than some other firms as far as work from home. Pre-Covid it was not a possibility at all, and post-Covid employees are very strongly encouraged to work from the office.

      Great team environment, peers are always willing to help, very understanding of work life balance.

      Cons

      An option for hybrid remote work would be nice.

      Pros

      Full training for inexperienced workers, emphasis on efficiency and attention to detail, flexible work hours, great co-workers

      Cons

      Difference in treatment between departments, fast paced environment can cause high stress situations that aren't always resolved professionally, top to bottom management style for a bottom to top ran company.
