Pros
A very good company; prioritizes the welfare of each employee. Team Leaders are very accommodating and cared a lot about their subordinates. They won't encourage you to do Overtime work so that you can go home on time and spend time with your love ones.
Cons
I don't see anything bad to this company, they follow the due process and lay out the company policy with due diligence and professionalism. There might be some instances that some employees won't understand the due process and wanted to base the rules based on what they want. Those employees are Red flags. You can see that most of the employees who are happy, stayed long in the company and those who are against it are the ones sharing and commenting on Aggressive or discriminatory language, Profanities, and misleading information.
